Why linear guide determines the quality of linear motor
With the development of technology, the linear guideway used together with other factors plays a decisive role in the performance and quality of linear motor. In industrial application, linear motor has replaced more drivers with wear-resistant mechanical transmission components.
They provide higher speed and acceleration, better adjustment accuracy and accurate positioning analysis
The advantage of linear motor is that the electric energy provided can be directly converted into linear motion without any intermediate components for torque conversion machinery. Linear motor is widely used in optics, electronics, textile industry, machinery manufacturing, loading and unloading, packaging industry, etc.
For example, the requirements for the manufacturing and processing of electronic structural components are very high: the electronic components with the size of 1 mm x 0.5 mm must be located with very high accuracy and the safety of the box.
In the electronic industry, the working cycle time of the plug-in automatic device is usually less than 0.5 s, the driving device must reach the positioning accuracy of 5 μ m, and the acceleration requirements of the machine are particularly high. The acceleration that can be achieved by using linear motor is linear. The mechanical structure of the guide rail puts forward high requirements.
Linear motor will produce high permanent axial force during operation. The guide rail must absorb 3000 n of force. Therefore, in the application of high dynamic operation, light, rigid and solid mechanical guide rails are needed.
Machine level correction. The linear slider requires two equal volume blocks and a marble ruler to be placed on the mounting base. The precision level is used to adjust the base level. It is required that the bottom is convex (2-3 meshes). Flatness, straightness and appearance inspection.
Requirement: after the horizontal adjustment, the installation surface of the main linear guide must be measured with the laser linear interferometer (we usually use the linear guide surface close to the right vertical column as the main guide). The flatness is 0.05mm per 10m. The straightness of the stroke is allowed to have a convexity of 0.03 mm. Roughness requirements 1.6
Chamfer of the installation bottom surface of the linear guide rail and the reference installation surface of the guide rail side. Requirement: chamfer radius is less than or equal to 3.5mm. If the chamfer is too large or protruding, it shall be treated with oilstone and trowel in time. Otherwise, it is easy to cause poor installation of slideway or interference with slider.
Linear rails are machined to lock threaded holes. It is necessary to confirm whether the position of screw hole is correct. The center distance of each connected screw hole is greater than 0.1mm or less than 0.1mm. In order to ensure high precision screw hole machining, CNC machining positioning is needed. Check the linear guide rail after unpacking. Requirements: check whether the linear guide rail is qualified, bruised or rusted, clean anti rust oil, remove the burr, impact protrusion and dirt on the surface of components.
